Payment Policy

At Aren Studio, we believe in complete transparency throughout your interior design journey. Our payment structure is designed to ensure seamless project execution, timely manufacturing, and hassle-free delivery.

Payment Milestones

1. Booking Confirmation – 20%

  • Confirms your project with Aren Studio.

  • Includes design consultation, requirement gathering, and project planning.

  • Your project slot is reserved upon receipt of the booking amount.

2. Design Approval & Production – 50%

  • Payable after final approval of layouts, materials, finishes, and quotation.

  • Manufacturing and procurement commence only after this payment is received.

  • Any revisions requested after approval may impact the project cost and delivery schedule.

3. Material Dispatch & Installation – 25%

  • Due before dispatch of materials from our manufacturing facility.

  • Installation will be scheduled after confirmation of this payment.

  • Our execution team will coordinate the installation schedule with you.

4. Project Completion & Handover – 5%

  • Payable upon completion of installation and before the final handover.

  • Warranty documents and project completion formalities will be shared after the final payment is received.

Project Timeline

The project timeline starts after:

  • Design approval

  • Confirmation of scheduled payments

  • Site readiness for installation

Delays in approvals, payments, or site readiness may result in a revision of the delivery schedule.

Site Readiness

The client is responsible for ensuring the site is ready before installation. Civil work, electrical work, plumbing, painting, flooring, and other third-party activities should be completed as per the agreed schedule.

Scope Changes

Any additions, modifications, or upgrades requested after the quotation or design approval will be treated as variation work. Revised pricing and delivery timelines will be shared before execution.

Material Availability

If any selected material, finish, or accessory becomes unavailable due to supplier constraints, Aren Studio will recommend an equivalent alternative after obtaining the client’s approval.

Warranty

Aren Studio offers a 10-Year Warranty on eligible modular furniture against manufacturing defects, subject to our warranty terms and conditions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water seepage, natural wear and tear, accidents, or alterations carried out by third parties.

Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

  • Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)

  • UPI

  • Credit & Debit Cards (where applicable)

  • Cheque (subject to realization)

Ownership

All materials, products, and installed components remain the property of Aren Studio until the outstanding project amount has been paid in full.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of project cancellation after confirmation, charges applicable for completed design work, procured materials, manufacturing, or any work already executed will be deducted before processing the final settlement.
