Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Aren Studio, we are committed to delivering a transparent and hassle-free experience. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms governing project cancellations, refunds, and payment adjustments.

1. Project Booking

A project is considered confirmed once the booking amount has been received and the booking confirmation has been issued by Aren Studio.

The booking amount reserves your design consultation, project planning, and production schedule.

2. Cancellation by the Client

Before Design Work Begins

If the client chooses to cancel the project before the commencement of design activities, the booking amount will be refunded after deducting any applicable processing or site visit charges.

After Design Work Has Started

Once design concepts, layouts, drawings, or quotations have been prepared, the booking amount becomes non-refundable as it covers professional design services already rendered.

After Production Begins

Once materials have been ordered or manufacturing has commenced, cancellation requests may be accepted at Aren Studio’s discretion. The client will be responsible for the cost of completed design work, procured materials, manufacturing, and any work executed up to the date of cancellation.

3. Refund Policy

Eligible refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting:

  • Design and consultation charges

  • Site visit charges

  • Material procurement costs

  • Manufacturing expenses

  • Installation or execution costs already incurred

  • Applicable taxes and processing charges

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method or the client’s registered bank account.

4. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 7–15 business days. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on the payment method and banking institution.

5. Change in Project Scope

Any additions, modifications, or upgrades requested after design approval may result in revised pricing and project timelines. Such changes are not considered cancellations and will be handled as scope revisions.

6. Cancellation by Aren Studio

Aren Studio reserves the right to cancel or suspend a project under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Non-payment as per agreed milestones

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client

  • Unsafe or inaccessible site conditions

  • Events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure

Where applicable, any eligible refund will be calculated after deducting the value of services and work completed.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Design consultation fees

  • Site measurement charges

  • Customized furniture and made-to-order products

  • Materials specially procured for the project

  • Work already completed or delivered

8. Force Majeure

Aren Studio shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural calamities, strikes, government regulations, transportation disruptions, or supplier-related issues.
